Why IS HOCl a Better Choice Now Than Ever Before?

HOCl has always been an effective antiseptic and sanitizer, but in the past, it has always had a fatal flaw: it lost its efficacy quickly. The reason for this is that – until recently – it was virtually impossible to produce HOCl that was pH balanced. Because of this, HOCl solutions traditionally had a very limited shelf life, often only hours. With the technology that now exists, HOCl products can be manufactured with the ability to remain effective for a minimum of 18 months. In testing, stabilized HOCl products using modern technology and manufacturing techniques show little loss of efficacy even after 24 months.
